السؤال :بم أرد على من تقول _أفتي قلبك ولو أفتاك الناس (1)_
مناسبته
عندما ذكرت لها أن عورة المرأة للمرأة كعورتها عند محارمها
قالت بمعنى كلامها (أنها المرأة وإنها من يحكم على الأمور التي تُفتن بها) ؟
الجواب :

سبحان الله !
وأين ذَهَب أهل العِلْم واختصاصهم ؟ وقد أمَر الله بِسؤال أهل العِلْم ، ولم يَرُدّ الناس إلى ما في صُدورهم .
وأين ذهب تقدير المصالح والمفاسِد ؟
وأين الِكتاب والسنة ؟!
إذا كانت كل مسالة سوف نُرجعها إلى عقولنا ، ونُحكِّم عقولنا على حساب النصوص ، فسوف نستغني عن النصوص وعن العلماء !
وهذا لا يَقول به عاقل !

مع أنّ العلماء نَصُّوا في شرح مثل هذا الحديث أنه لا عِبرة بأحوال الْجُهَّال .

قال الإمام ابن رجب الحنبلي رحمه الله في شرح حديث " استفت قلبك " : وهذا إنما يكون إذا كان صاحبه ممن شرح صدره للإيمان ، وكان الْمُفْتِي يُفْتِي له بِمُجَرَّد ظَن أو مَيل إلى هوى مِن غير دليل شرعي ، فأما ما كان مع الْمُفْتِي به دَليل شرعي فالواجب على الْمُستَفْتِى الرجوع إليه وإن لم ينشرح له صدره ، وهذا كالرخصة الشرعية ، مثل الفِطر في السفر والمرض ، وقصر الصلاة في السفر ونحو ذلك مما لا يَنْشَرِح به صُدور كثير مِن الْجُهَّال فهذا لا ِعبرة به .
وقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أحيانا يأمُر أصحابه بما لا تَنشرح به صُدور بعضهم ... وفي الجملة فما وَرد النص به فليس للمؤمن إلاَّ طاعة الله ورسوله ، كما قال تعالى : (وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ) ، وينبغي أن يُتَلَقّى ذلك بانشراح الصدر والرضا ، فإن ما شَرَعه الله ورسوله يجب الإيمان والرضا به والتسليم له ، كما قال تعالى : (فَلا وَرَبِّكَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا) . اهـ .

ومع ذلك فإن الأمر الْمُحرَّم أو الْمُشْتَبِه لا ترتاح إليه النفس ولا تطمئن غالبا .
ومع ذلك يوجد من العُصاة والفُجَّار من تطمئن نفوسهم إلى معاصيهم ، وذلك إذا ألِفُوها وطُمِس على قلوبهم .
فتَبيَّن أن ما يَحيك في الصدر هو قيد أغلبي ، أي أنه في الغالب ، ولا عِبرة بِمن ألِف الْمُنكَر حتى صار عنده معروفا !

وأما قول (أنها المرأة وإنها من يحكم على الأمور التي تُفتن بها) فهذا غير صحيح ؛ لأن الله أمَر بِسُؤال أهل العِلم ، والرَّد إليهم . بل جَعَل ذلك مَن مُقتضيات الإيمان ، فقال سبحانه وتعالى : (فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآَخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلاً) .
والرَّدّ إلى الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم هو الرَّدّ إلى سُـنَّـتِه بعد وفاته صلى الله عليه وسلم .

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم روحانية رمضان لم تزل عالقة في النفوس ، وحلاوة الطاعات أثرها باق في القلوب ، والناصح لنفسه من اغتنم دوافع الخير وجعلها سبيلاً لبلوغ مرضاة الرحمن ، وطريقاً لتحقيق المزيد من الخيرات . قبل أيام اصطفت الأقدام في محاريب التعبد ، واستمتعت الأعين بالنظر إلى كتاب الله المبين ، وتشنفت الأسماع بآيات الرحمن . سمت الأخلاق بسبب الصيام وكان أثر القربات بادياً ، وحسن التلاقي وجميل التخاطب في مجتمعنا ظاهراً . كانت حياة الناس طيبة . وسيرتهم عطرة . تحقق في الشهر مالم يتحقق في غيره ، فحريٌ بالعاقل أن يستثمر هذه النتائج ، ويراعي سقيها ، ويلاحظ أثرها ، فهي السبيل لنيل المكرمات ، والزاد النافع بعد الممات . إنّ الناصح لنفسه هو الذي يحافظ على القدر الذي يجعل نفسه قريبة من حاله أيام رمضان ، ويترجم الغنائم التي اكتبسها من ذلك الموسم المبارك واقعاً في حياته ، تجده حريصاً قدر من القربات التي كان يعملها في رمضان لتمد القلب بالحياة ، ويبقى إتصاله بربه دائما ، ولعلي هنا أذكِّر نفسي وأوصيها مع وصيتي لأحبتي ببعض العبادات التي تجعل القلب متصلاً بربه ، والزاد الذي يمد النفس في طريق سيرها لمولاها فمن ذلك : - عدم قطع الصلة بالشرف : ففي الحديث " وشرف المؤمن قيام الليل " تتعجب من حال كثير منّا الذين لايعرفون قيام الليل إلا في رمضان ، فأول عهدهم به رمضان وآخره آخر ليلة منه -هذا حالهم طوال العام - فلا الأقدام التي كانت تصطف لربها طوال ليالي رمضان تصطف ، ولا وقتاً من الليل الهجيع لله يُصرف ، وإنّ هذا لعمر الله من الحرمان . لقد كان النبي الكريم عليه الصلاة والسلام " لا يترك قيام الليل " كما صح بذلك الخبر عن عائشة رضي الله عنها . فهل نحن في غنىً عن أجر صلاة الليل ! أم أنّ قيام الليل خاص في رمضان ! لقد أثنى الله على أهل قيام الليل في كتابه ، وعدّه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من مكفِّرات الخطايا ، وفضله وثوابه لايمكن حصره في موضع ، فحريٌ بالناصح لنفسه أن لايترك حيازة هذا الشرف ولو بركيعات قليلات يركعها من الليل تجعل قلبه متصلاً بالسماء . جرِّب أن لاتترك قيام الليل وانظر لأثره على قلبك وحياتك فوالله إنك لتجد من الأنس والسرور مالايجده أهل اللهو في لهوهم ، ستجد من القوة والنشاط في يومك ، والخير العميم في حياتك ماتحمد الله عليه ، فألزم النفس هذه العبادة لتحوز خيرها وفضلها . - المداومة على تلاوة القرآن : لقد كان القرآن أنيسك وجليسك شهراً كاملاً ، كنت تمضي جلّ وقتك معه ، تنقلت بين أفيائه وعجائبه ، كانت آيات الجنة تجعلك تشتاق لها ، وآيات النار يخيفك لهيبها ، لقد كنتَ تشعر بالأنس والسرور وأنت تتلو كتاب الله فاستدم هذا الإتصال ولايكن آخر العهد به شهر رمضان . راحتك التي كنت تشعر بها لاتفقدها ، وحسناتك التي كنت تكتسبها من هذه التلاوة لاتقطعها ، لنلزم النفس قراءة جزأ كل يوم . هل تعلمون أيها الفضلاء أن قراءة الجزء تستغرق مابين عشرين إلى خمس وعشرين دقيقة فهل نبخل على أنفسنا بهذه الدقائق ولانصرفها لله ! كونوا على يقين إنكم إذا واصلتم التلاوة أن النور سيصل لقلوبكم وتظهر آثاره على حياتكم ، وستحمدون عند لقاء الله كل ساعة كان القرآن فيها الجليس . - لاتهجر عبادة الصيام : لقد ندب النبيُ صلى الله عليه وسلم أمتَه لصيام ست من شوال بعد رمضان وبيّن فضلها وأنّ " من صامها كمن صام الدهر " وصيامها إذا كان مباشرة بعد رمضان وكان متصلاً كان أيسر وأهون على النفس . لقد شعرتم أيها الصائمون بسمو النفس وراحتها وتخففها من الذنوب في رمضان وكل ذلك من أثر الصوم فليكن لنا حظاً من هذه العبادة ولو بصيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر ففضلها مشهود وأنه كصيام الدهر . كم أتأمل كثيراً في هذا الفضل الذي يحوزه من داوم على صيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر ، فأقول في نفسي ولغيري ماأكرم الله علينا بهذا الفضل ، تصوم ثلاثة أيام فقط في كل شهر فإن قبلها الله جئتَ يوم القيامة وكأنك صمتَ العمر كله ، فما أعظمه من كرم ، وماأجلّه من فضل . - تصدق ولو بالقيل : تعويد النفس على الصدقة من أعظم أسباب المداومة عليها ، وإنك لتتعجب من حال المكثرين من الصدقة وإذا رأيت حالهم تستيقن أنهم يجدون من اللذة أضعاف أضعاف مايجده أهلُ البخل والإمساك من حب المال ، فسبحان من جعل في العطاء حباً كما جعله في الإمساك . عوّد نفسك العطاء ، أنفق القليل ، وأخرج الفضل ، وقِ نفسك الشح تجد السعادة ساكنة جوانحك والإنشراح قد ملأ فؤادك . - احرص على البيئة الصالحة : فهي خير معين على الطاعة وحسن الإتصال بالله ، ولتكن أعظمُ بيئة تعينك على العمل الصالح - بيئة البيت - إجتهد أن تكون صالحة مباركة وكن على يقين أنها أكبر معين . ما أجمل حال الزوج والزوجة وهما متعاونيَن ومعينين لأبنائهم ، ثم انتقل لإصلاح مجتمعك فكن فاعلاً فيه ، صانعاً لهذه البيئة فإنك تنتفع إذ ذاك من جهتين : جهة الإعانة وجهة المعين . - إلزم الدعاء : تيقن أنه لا قوة ولا طاقة للمرء بدون مدد الله وعونه ، فكن كثير الدعاء ، مدمن الطرق لباب السماء ، وأبشر بالتوفيق فربك الكريم يحب الطاعة ويعين الراغب فيها ، فلاتحمل همّ الإجابة ولكن احمل همّ الدعاء ، وكلما كان العبدُ صادقاً فيه آتياً بأسباب الأجابة فلا يكاد دعائه يُرد . - القليل يكفيك : حافظ كما تقدم على قيام القليل من الليل ، وصلِ السنن الرواتب ، وقراءة جزءٍ من القرآن ، داوم على أذكار الصباح والمساء ، والأذكار أدبار الصلاة وأذكار النوم . اغتنم يوم الجمعة ولو آخر ساعة فيه ، وصيام ثلاثة أيام من كل شهر ونحوها مما هو يسير ، واجعل من رمضان هذا العام إنطلاقة لكسب رضا الرحيم الرحمن ، وكن على يقين بعدها أنك ستحيا بخير وستموت على خير . ثبتنا الله وإياكم على الطاعة ورزقنا الإستقامة على مايرضيه حتى نلقاه . كتبه حامداً ربه ومصلياً على نبيه / عادل بن عبدالعزيز المحلاوي . منــــــــــــــــــــقول

وقفات وإشارات  مع العشر المباركات

 الحمد لله الرحيم الرحمن نزل القرآن على عبده ليكون للعالمين نذيراً ، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله لم يتخذ ولداً ولم يكن له شريك في الملك وكبره تكبيراً ، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الهدى وإمام الرحمة ختم الله به النبوات والرسالات اللهم صل وسلم وبارك عليه وعلى آله وصحبه .

نحن في شهر عظيم ، ينعم الله به على عباده ويكرمهم بفضائل ومزايا تجعلهم من الله أقرب فالأجور مضاعفة والعبادات متنوعة .

وقد خص هذا الشهر العظيم بمزية ليست لغيره من الشهور وهي أيام عشرة مباركة هن العشر الأواخر، و إليكم مع هذه العشر المباركات هذه الوقفات :

الوقفة الأولى : هذه العشر من أفضل ليالي العام إن لم تكن أفضلها على الإطلاق ، وقد كان لرسولنا صلى الله عليه وسلم عناية خاصة بها ، فإنه كان صلى الله عليه وسلم يحرص على العبادة والطاعة في العشرين الأولى من شهر رمضان إلا أنه صلى الله عليه وسلم يزداد عبادة وتقرباً إلى ربه في هذه العشر الأواخر خاصة وهو صلى الله عليه وسلم لنا الأسوة والقدوة ، تجد ذلك الأمر حين تخبر زوجه عائشة رضي الله تعالى عنها فتقول : كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا دخل العشر شد مئزره وأحيا ليله ، وأيقظ أهله ( متفق عليه ) زاد مسلم : وجد وشد المئزر .

وكانت تقول رضي الله عنها : كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يجتهد في رمضان ما لا يجتهد في غيره ( رواه مسلم ) .

الوقفة الثانية : هذه العشر أيها المبارك مجال رحب وواسع للتزود من هذا الخير المتمثل بتنوع العبادات والطاعات المتاحة للمسلم :

فمنها الصلوات المفروضات والمسنونات والصيام ومنها قيام الليل والذكر ومنها قراءة القرآن ومنها بل مما اختص بفضلها في هذه الأيام الاعتكاف، ففي الصحيحين عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يعتكف العشر الأواخر من رمضان حتى توفاه الله تعالى. وفي صحيح البخاري عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه ( كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يعتكف في كل رمضان عشرة أيام، فلما كان العام الذي قُبض فيه اعتكف عشرين ( وإنما كان يعتكف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في هذه العشر التي يُطلب فيها ليلة القدر، قطعاً لأشغاله، وتفريغاً لباله، وتخلياً لمناجاة ربه وذكره والتقرب إليه ودعائه .  

فإن لم يستطع المسلم أن يعتكف العشر كاملة فليحرص على الأوتار منها ، أو ليغلبن في أن يلبث شيئاً من الوقت في المسجد فقد عد ذلك بعض أهل العلم من الاعتكاف وفضل الله واسع وخيره كثير .

فليحرص أحدنا على الفرائض وعلى النوافل وليبشر فالبشرى جاءت من الحبيب المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم حينما أخبر في الحديث القدسي عن ربه جل جلاله أنه قال: (وما تقرب عبدي إلىّ بشيء، أحب إلى مما افترضته عليه. ولا يزال عبدي يتقرب إليّ بالنوافل، حتى أحبه، فإذا أحببته كنت سمعه الذي يسمع به، وبصره الذي يبصر به، ويده التي يبطش بها، ورجله التي يمشي بها. ولئن سألني لأعطينه، ولئن استعاذني لأعيذنه ) رواه البخاري .

الوقفة الثالثة : اجتهد يارعاك الله في تحري ليلة القدر والاستعداد لها في هذه العشر فقد قال الله تعالى :( لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ )[القدر:3]. وألف شهر مقدارها بالسنين ثلاث وثمانون سنة وأربعة أشهر .

 قال النخعي رحمه الله  : العمل فيها خير من العمل في ألف شهر .

ثم إن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال (من قام ليلة القدر إيماناً واحتساباً غفر ما تقدم من ذنبه ) متفق عليه .

وهذه الليلة المباركة في العشر الأواخر كما قال النبي  صلى الله عليه وسلم (تحروا ليلة القدر في العشر الأواخر من رمضان ) متفق عليه .

 وهي في الأوتار أقرب من الأشفاع ، لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( تحروا ليلة القدر في الوتر من العشر الأواخر من رمضان ) رواه البخاري .

 وهي في السبع الأواخر أقرب , لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( التمسوها في العشر الأواخر , فإن ضعف أحدكم أو عجز فلا يغلبن على السبع البواقي ) رواه مسلم .

وهذه الليلة لا تختص بليلة معينة في جميع الأعوام بل تنتقل في الليالي تبعاً لمشيئة الله وحكمته     

قال الحافظ ابن حجر رحمه الله عقب حكايته الأقوال في ليلة القدر : وأرجحها كلها أنها في وتر من العشر الأواخر وأنها تنتقل ...ا.هـ وللأمام النووي كلام في هذا المعنى.

 قال العلماء : الحكمة في إخفاء ليلة القدر ليحصل الاجتهاد في التماسها , بخلاف ما لو عينت لها ليلة لاقتصر عليها ...ا.هـ وعليه فاجتهد في قيام هذه العشر جميعاً وأكثر من الأعمال الصالحة فيها وستظفر بها يقيناً بإذن الله عز وجل .

ومن هذا المنطلق فلا يلتفت إلى ما يشاع كل عام أن فلان أو فلان  رأها في المنام في ليلة يحددها فإن هذا المتحدث كأنه يقول للناس لا تقوموا إلا هذه الليلة ولا تعبدوا الله إلا في هذه الليلة وهذا تخرص واضح وادعاء ليس عليه دليل .

وإذا كانت أخفيت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم  فمن باب أولى أن تخفى عن غيره ، أخرج الامام مسلم في صحيحه عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال : اعتكف رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم العشر الأوسط من رمضان . يلتمس ليلة القدر قبل أن تبان له . فلما انقضين أمر بالبناء فقوض . ثم أبينت له أنها في العشر الأواخر . فأمر بالبناء فأعيد . ثم خرج على الناس . فقال : ( يا أيها الناس ! إنها كانت أبينت لي ليلة القدر وإني خرجت لأخبركم بها . فجاء رجلان يحتقان [أي يطلبان كل منهما حقه من صاحبه ويدعي أنه صاحب الحق ] معهما الشيطان . فنسيتها . فالتمسوها في العشر الأواخر من رمضان . التمسوها في التاسعة والسابعة والخامسة ) .

قال أحد رواة الحديث  قلت : يا أبا سعيد ! إنكم أعلم بالعدد منا . قال : أجل . نحن أحق بذلك منكم . قال قلت : ما التاسعة والسابعة والخامسة ؟ قال : إذا مضت واحدة وعشرين فالتي تليها ثنتين وعشرين وهي التاسعة . فإذا مضت ثلاث وعشرون فالتي تليها السابعة . فإذا مضى خمس وعشرون فالتي تليها الخامسة .  

الوقفة الرابعة :

إن من المتأكدات استحباباً في هذه الأيام ماكان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يفعله .

فقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يوقظ أهله للصلاة في ليالي العشر دون غيره من الليالي، قال سفيان الثوري رحمه الله : أحب إليّ إذا دخل العشر الأواخر أن يتهجد بالليل، ويجتهد فيه، ويُنهض أهله وولده إلى الصلاة إن أطاقوا ذلك .

إن هذه العناية بأمر الزوجة والأهل و الأولاد  تجعل من البيت المسلم يعيش في روحانية رمضان هذا الشهر الكريم عندما يقبل الأب والأم والبنين والبنات على الصلاة والعبادة والذكر وقراءة القرآن ، ولنحفزهم على ذلك الخير فمن دعا إلى هدى كان له من الخير والأجر مثل أجور من اتبعه لا ينقص ذلك من أجورهم شيئاً .

ليلة القدر ليلة عظيمة نوّه الله بشأنها في كتابه الكريم في قولهتعالى‏:‏ {‏إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِيلَيْلَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ، فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ‏} ‏[‏سورة الدخان‏:‏ آية 3، 4‏]‏‏.‏ وفيقوله تعالى‏:‏ {‏إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ، لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ، تَنَزَّل الْمَلائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ، سَلامٌ هِيَ حَتَّى مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ‏} ‏[‏سورة القدر‏]‏‏.‏

فهي ليلة شرّفها الله عز وجل على غيرها، وأخبر أن العملفيها خير من العمل في ألف شهر أي أفضل من العمل في أكثر من ثلاث وثمانين عامًا وزيادة أشهر وهذا فضل عظيم حيث اختصها بإنزال القرآن فيها ووصفها بأنها ليلة مباركة وأنها يُقدَّر فيها ما يجري في العام من الحوادث وهذه مزايا عظمية لهذه الليلة.

وكان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يجتهد في العشر الأواخر من رمضان ما لا يجتهد في غيرها طلبًا لليلة القدر وهي أفضل الليالي لأنه لم يرد في ليلة من الليالي ما وردفي فضلها والتنويه بشأنها فهي أفضل الليالي لما تشتمل عليه من هذه المزايا العظيمة وهذا من رحمة الله تعالى بهذه الأمة وإحسانه إليهاحيث خصّها بهذه الليلة العظيمة‏.‏

وأما المفاضلة بينها وبين ليلةالإسراء فبين يدي الآن سؤال وجواب لشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله حيث سئل رحمه الله عن ليلة القدر وليلة الإسراء بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أيهما أفضل فأجاب بأن ليلة الإسراء أفضل في حق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وليلة القدر أفضل بالنسبة إلى الأمة، فحظ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الذي اختصّ به ليلة المعراج منها أكمل من حظه في ليلة القدروحظ الأمّة من ليلة القدر أكمل من حظهم من ليلة المعراج وإن كان لهم فيها أعظم حظ لكن الفضل والشرف والرتبة العليا إنما حصلت فيها لمن أسري به صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏

هذا ما أجاب به شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية في هذه المسألة والإمام العلامة ابن القيم كلامه في هذا الموضوع يوافق كلام شيخه في أن ليلة الإسراء أفضل في حق النبي صلى الله عليه وسلموليلة القدر أفضل في حق الأمة‏.‏

ومما يجب التنبيه عليه أن الله سبحانه وتعالى شرع لنا في ليلة القدرمن التعبد والتقرب إليه ما لم يشرعه في ليلة الإسراء فليلة الإسراء لميكن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يخصها بقيام أو ذكر، وإنما كان يخص ليلة القدر لفضلها ولمكانتها وأيضًا ليلة الإسراء لم تثبت في أي ليلة ولافي أي شهر هي مما يدل على أن العلم بها وتحديدها ليس لنا فيه مصلحة خلاف ليلة القدر فإن الله أخبر أنها في رمضان لأن الله قال‏:‏ {‏شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِيَ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ‏} [‏سورة البقرة‏:‏ آية 185‏]‏‏.‏

وقال‏:‏ {‏إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِالْقَدْرِ‏} [‏سورة القدر‏:‏ آية 1‏]‏‏.‏ فدلّ على أنّ ليلةالقدر في شهر رمضان وإن كانت لا تتعين في ليلة معينة من رمضان إلا أنه يترجح أنها في العشر الأواخر وفي ليلة سبع وعشرين آكد الليالي عندالإمام أحمد وجماعة من الأئمة وللعلماء في تحريها اجتهادات ومذاهب لكنهي في شهر رمضان قطعًا‏.‏ فمن صام شهر رمضان وقام لياليه فلا شك أنهقد مرت به ليلة القدر ولا شك أنه شهد ليلة القدر ويكتب له من الأجربحسب نيته واجتهاده وتوفيق الله له، فليلة القدر لنا فيها ميزة في أن شرع لنا الاجتهاد في العبادة والدعاء والذكر وتحريها بخلاف ليلةالإسراء فهذه لم يطلب منا أن نتحراها ولا أن نخصها بشيء من العباداتوبهذا يظهر أنّ هؤلاء الذين يحتفلون في ليلة الإسراء والمعراج أنهممبتدعة بما لم يشرعه الله ولم يشرعه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فلم يكن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يحتفل كل سنة بمرور ليلة من الليالييقول إن هذه ليلة الإسراء وليلة المعراج كما كان يفعله هؤلاءالمنحرفون المبتدعة الذين اتخذوا دينهم طقوسًا ومناسبات بدعية وتركواالسنن وتركوا الشرائع الثابتة عن رسول صلى الله عليه وسلم فهذا ممايجب الانتباه له وبيانه للناس وأنّ الله شرع لنا الاجتهاد في ليلةالإسراء والمعراج فلم يشرع لنا فيها أن نتحراها ولا أن نخصها بشيءوأيضًا هي لم تبين لنا في أي شهر أو في أي ليلة بخلاف ليلة القدرفإنها في رمضان بلا شك والله تعالى أعلم وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد‏.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأن محمدًا عبده ورسوله، وبعد:

روى البخاري، والترمذي، والنسائي من حديث جابر - رضي الله عنه - قال: "كان رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - يعلمنا الاستخارة في الأمور كلها كما يعلمنا السورة من القرآن يقول: إذا هم أحدكم بالأمر فليركع ركعتين من غير الفريضة، ثم ليقل: اللهم إني أستخيرك بعلمك، وأستقدرك بقدرتك، وأسألك من فضلك العظيم، فإنك تقدر ولا أقدر، وتعلم ولا أعلم، وأنت علام الغيوب، اللهم إن كنت تعلم أن هذا الأمر خير لي في ديني ومعاشي وعاقبة أمري، أو قال: عاجل أمري وآجله - فاقدره لي ويسره لي ثم بارك لي فيه، وإن كنت تعلم أن هذا الأمر شر لي في ديني ومعاشي وعاقبة أمري - أو قال: عاجل أمري وآجله - فاصرفه عني، واصرفني عنه، واقدر الخير لي حيث كان ثم رضني به"[1].

قال ابن أبي جمرة: الحكمة في تقديم الصلاة على دعاء الاستخارة أن المراد هو حصول الجمع بين خيري الدنيا والآخرة، فيحتاج إلى قرع باب الملك، ولا شيء لذلك أنجع، ولا أنجح من الصلاة، لما فيها من تعظيم الله، والثناء عليه، والافتقار إليه مالًا وحالًا"[2].

وقال بعض أهل العلم: يجوز تكرارها - أي الاستخارة - في الأمر الواحد، وممن ذهب إلى جواز ذلك الحافظ العراقي، ومال إلى ذلك الشوكاني في النيل، فقال: قد يستدل للتكرار بِأنَّ النَّبِيّ - َصلى الله عليه وسلم - كان إِذا دعا، دعاَ ثلاثًا، حديث صحيح. هذا وإن كان المراد به تكرار الدعاء في الوقت الواحد، فإن الدعاء الذي تسن الصلاة له تكرر الصلاة له، كالاستسقاء[3]. اهـ.

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية - رحمه الله -: ما ندم من استخار الخالق، وشاور المخلوقين، وتثبت في أمره، فقد قال تعالى: ﴿ وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ﴾ [آل عمران: 159].

وقال قتادة - رحمه الله -: "ما تشاور قوم يبتغون وجه الله إلا هدوا إلى أرشد أمرهم"[4]. اهـ.

قال الشيخ كمال الدين محمد بن علي الزملكاني: إذا صلى الإنسان ركعتي الاستخارة لأمر فليفعل بعدها ما بدا له، سواء انشرحت نفسه أم لا، فإن فيه الخير، وإن لم تنشرح نفسه. وقال: وليس في الحديث ما يدل على اشتراط انشراح النفس[5]. اهـ.

تنبيه: الاستخارة تكون في الأمر الذي يريد أن يقدم عليه، سواء كان مترددًا فيه أم جازمًا، وليس كما يظن البعض أن الاستخارة في الأمر الذي يتردد فيه، لأن الاستخارة طلب التوفيق، والنتائج لا يعلمها إلا الله، وكم من أمر ظن صاحبه أن فيه خيرًا فكان فيه هلاكه، وكم من أمر ظن صاحبه أن فيه شرًا، فكان فيه نجاته؟! وحسبنا في ذلك قول الله تعالى: ﴿ وَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَعَسَى أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴾ [البقرة: 216].

ومن فوائد الاستخارة وثمراتها:

أوًلا: إنها دليل على تعلق قلب المؤمن بالله - عز وجل -، وتوكله عليه في سائر أحواله، قال تعالى: ﴿ وَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَعَسَى أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴾ [البقرة: 216]، وقال تعالى: ﴿ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى الْعَزِيزِ الرَّحِيمِ * الَّذِي يَرَاكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ * وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِي السَّاجِدِينَ ﴾ [الشعراء: 217 - 219].

ثانيًا: الاستخارة تزيد ثواب المرء، وتقربه من ربه، وذلك لما تتضمنه من الصلاة والدعاء، وفي الحديث: قلت: فما الصلاة يا رسول الله؟ قال: "خير موضوع"[6].

ثالثًا: في الاستخارة مخرج من الحيرة والشك، وهي مدعاة للطمأنينة وراحة البال، لأن العبد يفوض أمره إلى ربه الذي أزمة الأمور بيده سبحانه، قال تعالى: ﴿ قُلْ إِنَّ الْأَمْرَ كُلَّهُ لِلَّهِ ﴾ [آل عمران: 154].

رابعًا: حصول الخير ودفع الشر؛ لأن ما يختاره الله لعبده أفضل مما يختاره العبد لنفسه؛ لأنه سبحانه هو العالم بمصالح عباده، العالم بغيبيات الأمور.

خامسًا: حصول البركة في الأمر الذي سيقدم عليه، والبركة ما حلت في قليل إلا كثر، ولا كثير إلا نفع، وفي حديث الاستخارة السابق: "وبارك لي فيه".

سادسًا: أن المرء قد يحتقر شيئًا لصغره، ويكون في فعله أو تركه ضرر عظيم، ولذلك شرعت الاستخارة في الأمور كلها[7].

والحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

2. Facebook for Android

Facebook for Android is lacking in features compared to Facebook itself, but a recent update added Inbox support to the Android app, finally allowing its users to communicate in almost real time. The app's fast and stable, with a simplicity that reminds you of the old days when using Facebook used to be bearable.

3. National Rail Enquiries

After the original free, third-party National Rail apps went paid-for, National Rail has finally brought out its own free app. National Rail Enquiries enables you to check live train times, plan your journeys, and get notifications of delays. On first use, the app prompts you to enter a home and work train station, and then you can use the 'Get me home' button to see the next available trains.

4. UK Jobs

Hey, times are hard and you've got to pay for your oppressive monthly mobile phone contract somehow. Offering a fully searchable database of current UK job vacancies, UK Jobs, which pulls in its data from independent employment site 1job.co.uk is, a slightly cumbersome but useful and non-governmental tool.

5. Hotmail

Microsoft has teamed up with developer SEVEN to offer an official Hotmail app for Android, which gives users a simple, clean interface, push notification support and even lets you manage multiple Hotmail accounts from within the app. If your email needs haven't yet been assimilated by Google, it's a useful option.

6. Google Sky Map

A stunning app that renders Patrick Moore obsolete, by using your phone's orientation tools to give you an accurate representation of the stars and planets on your screen. Point your phone at the sky, then learn what constellations are visible and if that's a UFO or just Venus. Google Sky Map even works indoors, if you're not keen on getting cold.

7. Layar

The stunning augmented reality app Layar has recently gone commercial, adding an online shop that allows users to buy AR content such as travel guides, local house price apps and much more. But you're still able to use the numerous free Layers to pop data up over real-world locations, delivering a satisfying futuristic experience.

8. Foursquare

The social media darling Foursquare is represented in fine form on Android, with the Google app offering easy one-click check-ins, integrated Google Maps for a seamless Google-branded experience and home page shortcut options to all your favourite places.

9. WordPress for Android

WordPress for Android started out as independent creation wpToGo, before WordPress decided it liked it so much it bought it up - hiring the maker to develop it in-house. It's very feature-packed, with the latest version offering full integration with other apps, letting you spin content and send it directly to the app for easy updating. It could do with more image insertion tools, though.

10. Google Goggles

A bit of a novelty, in that Google Goggles lets you take photos and have Google analyse them and come back with a search results page for what it thinks you're looking at. However, the app's main use is as a QR code reader, which lets you scan barcodes for quick access to apps and whatever data people choose to embed in the odd little data squares.

11. Winamp

Yes, the same Winamp from a decade ago. It's had an Android app for some time, with recent updates adding support for iTunes, Mac syncing, plenty of music streaming options, new release lists and Shoutcast integration for radio support. It's a fine, free media player.

12. Samsung ChatOn

There are plenty of messaging tools on Android, but Samsung's beats many of them by offering multi-platform support - with clients even available for older Samsung non-smart feature phones. It could be the ideal way to keep in touch with an out of touch relative. More "with it" users will be able to use its drawing, image sharing and social networking features.

13. Skyfire 3.0

The USP of the Skyfire browser is that it supports Flash content, popping up a little window when it detects an embedded YouTube video or something similar. The actual Flash business is handled by Skyfire's server, which does all the computery stuff, then sends the file to your handset. A bit clunky on slower Android phones, but it works like a dream on models with faster processors.Despite the arrival of Flash with Android 2.2, this is still relevant for those on phones and Android versions not able to support Adobe's Flash Player.

While the BBC's Android iPlayer app is a bit on the disappointing side, the corporation's BBC News app is much more refined. There's a stylish grid-based front page, plus you're able to swipe from left to right to switch between stories in your chosen specialist category. A recent update also added a couple of Home screen widgets, too, plus the ability to submit your own news tips, as if the BBC was a small blog clamouring for content.

An official production of the motoring organisation, RAC Traffic is dead simple - it guesstimates your location via the mobile signal, then pops up the current traffic alerts for your area. It's much better than having to listen to the radio for the odd update about arterial blockages.

The odd line-drawing alternate keyboard Swype is a love-it or hate-it kind of thing, with the significant amount of re-learning required to make the most of it quite offputting to some users. Once you're familiar with the idea, though, it's genius - with advanced prediction options further speeding your line-typing. Swype is not available through the Android Market - the only way to install is is via a direct download from the maker.

17. Evernote

After the Android version of Dropbox, the next best solution for keeping all your 'business' in one place is Evernote - which lets you stash and sync all your text notes, voice memos and files on your phone and access them through a desktop computer.

18. Flickr

As well as supporting Flickr uploading, this app also lets you capture photos from within the app and comes complete with a set of filters, so you can hipsterise your life with ease. It supports sharing with Twitter and Facebook as well, so your other, non-photo-nerd friends can enjoy the results of today's snapping session.

19. Last.fm

The subscription-based thrills of Last.fm open up a world of music streaming on your mobile. You have to 'buy in' to the odd Last.fm way of organising things and suggesting new music, but if you're easily led and not restricted by bandwidth it's a superb tool.

As long as you have Android 1.6 or above, the latest update to Google Maps introduces turn-by-turn voice navigation, simultaneously devastating the satnav industry while boosting the in-car dashboard dock/charger accessory scene. Route calculations are done at the outset of your trip, minimising data transfer en route and keeping you on target even when the GPS signal drops. It's amazing, it works, and it's free.
