Saint Mary A.S was the daughter of Prophet Imran A.S from Bani Israel for Jews,
when Imran Prophet Died at that his wife Hanna A.S was pregnant and after few days of his death she went to born a daughter , all Jews were thinking now a Maseeha will come and the son who will born in Imran's home will be the Maseeha of Israel but when they came to know that she is a girl , all were became against Imran Prophet and Zachria Prophet
and Romans and King Herod also were against Zachria and Imran Prophet A.S as he was thinking if a Maseeha will come his kingdom will go in his hands and he will be defeated by that Maseeha so he managed to kill Maseeha or son who will born in Imran's family
on the other hand all jews and Royal Jews, I mean Rabbis were also against Zachria and Imran Prophet , they all were frightened about Maseeha as they knew best they were not true follower of Allah and Maseeha will kill them by their sins

granted to Hanna a girl and Hanna named her as Mariam , MArriam < Marium or Mary who was saint and Allah choose her as honorable lady of the world for all times
